Charges on your credit card statement

You’ve probably reached this page because you saw this URL on your credit card statement. While our terms state that we don’t offer refunds, we realize that some edge cases can occur where you shouldn’t have been billed or are eligible for a refund (e.g. fraud).

If you believe you need a refund for this charge, the best (and fastest) way to get the funds back is by emailing us at [email protected], and we will help you out ASAP.

If you're looking to dispute this charge with your bank, know that it can take up to 90 days for the dispute to resolve (and it may not resolve in your favor) before the funds are available in your account again. Compared to 5-10 days if you request a refund via email.

If you believe someone used your credit card or email address illegally to sign up for our service, please contact us, and we can process a refund for your charges ASAP.
