Automated Nutrition Reports

Nutrition reports in Foodzilla are fully automated, providing comprehensive analyses of clients' intake during specified timeframes. Data is collected through the Foodzilla mobile app and remains confidential between you and your clients. Additionally, you can log meals for clients as required. An example report is presented below:

nutrition summary charts

This report presents key insights, beginning with a summary section that provides an at-a-glance overview of your client's nutrient target progress. This data can be conveniently exported as a PDF report. Subsequently, the nutrients, minerals, and vitamins section details the client's consumption, accompanied by their respective Daily Value percentages, tailored to the individual's Recommended Daily Intake (RDI).

Lastly, the report emphasizes in red that the cholesterol intake significantly exceeds the recommended daily amount. Note that RDIs are country-specific and can be adjusted via the preferences page.

Reports can be tailored to particular timeframes, allowing for convenient access to daily, weekly, or monthly summaries, as well as user-defined periods, such as June 1st to December 1st.

Nutrition Report Example

Here's a Foodzilla nutrition report example automatically generated for a selected time period. Some charts contain horizontal lines indicating the target goal for a specific nutrient.

client nutrition feature
client minerals feature
client vitamins feature

These charts make it easy to spot behaviours/trends in your clients’ food intake, exercise and hydration levels. It takes the guess work out of the picture and makes it clear what's missing from your client's nutrition.

For example, you might notice that the client exceeds their calorie intake on Sundays regularly. So, then you decide to dig a bit deeper to see what meals they are having on Sundays and suggest nutritious alternatives with lower calories.

Food Diary Reports

Foodzilla's food diary reports make it easier to understand what your clients' eat in a day, week, and month.

Every tracked meal and food comes with a picture, the time it was logged, the ingredients along with their measurements, and a full nutrition label calculated automatically.

Logged meals can also be edited or deleted by the nutrition coach and any changes will automatically update the nutrition report.

Exercise Reports

This is where you can see your clients exercises and activities. These can be tracked automatically if your client uses a fitness device such as Fitbit, Apple Watch, or Polar.

The Foodzilla mobile app syncs exercises and calories burnt from connected devices and is automatically shared between the client and the coach.

Each exercise contains the duration and number of calories burnt. The Foodzilla mobile app for clients makes it super easy to connect with these fitness devices and automatically track activities.
