Health reports are completely automated and contain valuable data about your clients and how they performed during a specific timeframe.

Health reports make it easy to spot trends and provide feedback to improve a client’s health.

Every report contains significant amount of data to help you make the right decisions about their nutrition and health in general. For example, every meal logged contains not only the calories and macronutrients but also vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, GI, and more.

Reports can also be customised to a specific timeframe. For example, you can easily see reports for today, last week, last month or any other custom period such as June 1st to December 1st.


This section gives a summary of the clients’ nutrition and exercise plan over the selected time period.

Food diaries feature

There are currently 5 charts representing: Energy In, Energy Out, Water Intake, Macronutrient Intake, and Sodium vs Iron Intake. They make it easy to spot behaviours/trends in your clients’ food intake, exercise and hydration levels.

For example, you might notice that you client exceeds their calorie intake on Sundays regularly. So, then you decide to dig a bit deeper to see what meals they are having on Sundays and suggest healthier alternatives with lower calories.


This section is very important to understanding what your clients eat. Every tracked meal will show up in here with a picture of the meal and full nutrition label calculated automatically.

Food diaries feature

You can access the full nutrition details by clicking on the image of the meal. Nutrients covered include:

  • Carbohydrates including total sugars and fiber
  • Fat including saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and trans
  • Cholesterol
  • Protein
  • Glycemic Index
  • Minerals: Sodium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Phosphorus
  • Vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B1(Thiamin), vitamin B2(Riboflavin), vitamin B3(Niacin)

This is where you can see your clients exercises and activities. These can be tracked automatically if your client uses a fitness device such as Fitbit, Garmin, or Polar.

Each exercise contains the duration and number of calories burnt. Our mobile app for clients makes it super easy to connect with these fitness devices and automatically track activities.
