What is Leaky Gut?

Leaky gut, or increased intestinal permeability, is a condition where the lining of the intestines becomes more permeable than normal, allowing substances such as toxins, undigested food particles, and bacteria to leak through the intestinal wall and enter the bloodstream. This can lead to a range of symptoms including digestive issues, food sensitivities, fatigue, joint pain, skin problems, autoimmune conditions, and mood disorders.
